2.1 Age Requirement. The hawkph Platform is strictly for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. hawkph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where access to online gaming is lawful. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the hawkph Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. hawkph makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the hawkph Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated Balance.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated at all times. hawkph reserves the right to close accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
2.5 KYC Verification. As required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws, hawkph may require Players to submit Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including a valid Philippine government-issued identification — before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds or at any time at hawkph's discretion.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. hawkph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 You must notify hawkph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account. hawkph may, at its discretion, suspend your account pending investigation.
3.3 You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
3.4 hawkph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security measure.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the hawkph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). hawkph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies directly.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. hawkph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph, subject to the individual limits and processing times of each method.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. hawkph reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts with reasonable notice.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. hawkph aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on payment method, volume, and KYC verification status. hawkph is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers.
4.5 Withdrawals to Same Method. hawkph generally requires that withdrawals be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
4.6 No Withdrawal of Deposit-Only Funds. Funds may only be withdrawn after satisfying any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn but may be forfeited upon account closure.
5.1 hawkph may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, expiry dates, and eligible game restrictions that will be stated in the relevant promotion.
5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, bonus expiry, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus play are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
5.3 hawkph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotions, including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated wagering designed to exploit promotional terms, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.
5.4 Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per device is permitted.
6.1 All games offered on the hawkph Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified. Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
6.2 hawkph reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed as a result of a technical error, software malfunction, or display of incorrect odds or game data.
6.3 Sports betting odds on hawkph reflect real-time market conditions. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. hawkph is not responsible for odds changes between bet placement and confirmation where system latency is not attributable to hawkph.
6.4 In the event of any dispute regarding game results, the records maintained by the hawkph server shall be considered final and binding, subject to the right to escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR.

8.1 All content on the hawkph Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, text, code, and interface design — is the intellectual property of hawkph or its licensed providers and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Nothing in this Agreement grants Players any ownership rights over hawkph intellectual property.
8.3 Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any hawkph content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, hawkph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption.
9.2 hawkph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, or force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability. hawkph will not be liable for losses resulting from such unavailability.
9.3 hawkph's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their hawkph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
10.1 hawkph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complying with all PAGCOR responsible gaming mandates. hawkph provides deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to all registered Players.
10.2 Players who believe their gambling is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to utilise the self-exclusion feature available in their hawkph account settings or to contact hawkph support to request a manual exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
10.3 hawkph strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. Players who suspect that a minor has accessed the Platform using their account details must notify hawkph immediately.

11.1 hawkph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where hawkph has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached this Agreement, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required to do so by applicable law or PAGCOR directive.
11.2 Upon account closure for breach, any bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method subject to satisfaction of any outstanding KYC or AML requirements.
11.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting hawkph customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through hawkph's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts, or, where applicable, may be referred to PAGCOR for regulatory adjudication.
12.3 Players are encouraged to contact hawkph customer support as the first step in resolving any dispute. hawkph is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.
13.1 hawkph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the amendment.
13.2 Your continued use of the hawkph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
