• Payment processors: GCash, Maya, and banking partners receive only the payment information required to process your transactions. These partners maintain their own data protection standards.
• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party services that assist hawkph in verifying player identity and age as required by PAGCOR and Philippine law.
• Game providers: Providers such as JILI, Evolution Gaming, and PG Soft receive only the pseudonymous player identifier and bet/win data required to operate the games — not your full personal details.
• Fraud prevention and cybersecurity providers: Services that help hawkph detect and prevent unauthorised account access and fraudulent transactions.

• Analytics and usage data: Retained in aggregated, anonymised form for up to two (2) years for platform improvement purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, hawkph will securely delete or anonymise your personal data.

8. Data Security

hawkph implements the following technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the hawkph Platform;
• Encrypted storage of passwords using industry-standard hashing algorithms — hawkph staff cannot view your password in plaintext;
• PCI-DSS compliant payment processing — full card and wallet credentials are handled solely by certified payment processors;
• Role-based access controls limiting hawkph staff access to personal data to those with a legitimate operational need;
• Regular security audits and penetration testing of Platform infrastructure;
• Automatic session timeouts and suspicious login detection;
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) available to all registered hawkph players.

Despite these measures, no internet transmission or data storage system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in risk to your rights, hawkph will notify affected players and the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in compliance with NPC Circular 16-03.

10. Children & Minors

The hawkph Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and older as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. hawkph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. If hawkph becomes aware that a minor has provided personal data through the Platform, we will immediately close the associated account and delete the data.

If you believe a minor has accessed the hawkph Platform using your account credentials or has otherwise provided personal data to hawkph, please contact our support team immediately.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

hawkph may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, platform features, or applicable Philippine law. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the hawkph Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the hawkph Platform following the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.
